He is also an internationally known expert on project management, object-oriented design, and development processes. Dr. Cockburn was special advisor to the Central Bank of Norway in 1998. He has worked in companies of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 100 companies, around the world, from China to the U.S., Scandinavia to South Africa.
