Requirements Unplugged Podcast: Episode Four

This Week’s Topic: An Interview with the Founder and CEO of The Requirements Networking Group.

The Requirements.net podcast series continues, with the publication of episode four. In this episode, Matt Morgan, Chief Marketing Officer of Blueprint (www.blueprintsys.com) and Keith Barrett, RLA Practice Manager at SKY IT Group (www.skyitgroup.com) discuss and debate the business value of requirements process improvement.

In this episode, Keith and Matt interview Richard Matthews, the Founder and CEO of the Requirements Networking Group (RQNG). The Requirements Networking group is the internet’s largest community of business analysts, and has been built from the ground up to be “the place” for informationrqng.png exchange for requirements gatherers. Richard discusses how RQNG now receives over 1.5 million hits a month, and discusses the top challenges of the BA community. He also discusses how RQNG was formed, and the exciting milestones they have passed as the community grows.

Matt Morgan is the Chief Marketing Officer at Blueprint. Matt is a 15 year marketing and product professional whose tenure includes almost a decade at Mercury Interactive, where he was the Director of Product Marketing and oversaw Mercury's Quality Management and Performance Management products. In this role, Mr. Morgan drove the teams that created and launched many net-new products, including Mercury Functional Testing, Mercury Business Process Testing, new versions of Mercury QuickTest Professional and WinRunner, and the Mercury SAP and Oracle Test Accelerators for BPT.
