Keith Barrett, RLA Practice Manager for SKY IT Group is hosting a three part webinar series on how to drive true acceleration into your business analysis practice by taking a holistic approach. T - Cubed stands for “Tasks”, “Techniques”, and “Tools”. The “RLA = T - Cubed” presentation has been presented at the IIBA™, at major tradeshows, and now it comes to Requirements.net

Next Weds, Keith will host Part One of the RLA = T-Cubed: Deciding what Really Matters.

Below is an abstract for part one of the series:

This three part series focuses on the fundamental topic of Software Requirements, referencing the IIBA’s (theiiba.org) BABOK™, real-world examples, and demonstrations of automation tools. IT organizations now discover how they can achieve Requirementsrla-t3-blackboard.gif Lifecycle Acceleration by effectively integrating their Tasks, Techniques, and Tools — creating faster, cost-effective improvements. RLA= T3!

The first session will provide an overview of RLA, explaining what’s new and different. We will tour the industry and, with reference to the IIBA’s Business Analyst Body of Knowledge™, examine its future and discover what Tasks you can utilize throughout the software requirements lifecycle. You will learn why there can be no prescribed sequence or dictate for which tasks and techniques are applied and how you can decide what matters. Through understanding and real world examples, you’ll have a foundation from which to craft the optimal RLA= T3 approach for your organization or project.

Register here. Attendance is free.
